VORAK CONSTRUCTION PTY LTD (ABN 91 681 731 831) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, and what the site stores in your browser.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the project type and location, and your description of the project. Our server also records the time of the enquiry and a shortened, one-way hash of the connection address, which we use only to limit automated spam.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss, quote and deliver your project. You confirm this when you tick the consent box on the form.

Storage and security

Enquiries are emailed to our business mailbox and kept for as long as needed to manage your project and meet our legal obligations. A copy is held on our web server in a private folder that is not accessible from the internet. The website uses HTTPS encryption throughout.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies, and it does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Because no cookies are used, there is no cookie banner to accept. The only thing stored in your browser is a small session flag that remembers you have seen the opening animation; it is deleted when you close the tab and contains nothing about you.

Third parties

Fonts, images, video and the 3D model are all served from our own website, so viewing the site does not send your details to any other company.

Access and correction

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing alex@vorak.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you have a concern we have not resolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
